It’s so funny that every time I wear this white shirt, I feel like I'm part of a committee of presidents of a big company (I really feel empowered when I use it hahaha, it really feels good). So I let the fashion designer, Carlos De Moya, my feelings about this shirt, at the time of acquiring it. Here, I wear it with my black Calvin Klein skirt, witch I love because it has a gold metal on the tie on the side (and I'm also crazy with ties).
For the accessories, I used this ring I bought for $ 0.50 cents in a Chinese store (it is really cheap and everything is gorgeous). My glasses, earrings and purse are from Express, one of my favorite stores to buy casual clothes.
The shirt was part of his collection “Colonial Mosaic”. It is in cotton fabric and crepe. The idea, Carlos told me, is that it can be interchangeable between pieces of the same collection, and make it functional. Learn more about this proposal on his website, Carlosdemoya.com.
"It is the basic blouse of the collection, the inspiration that I had when creating it,
is the same as the collection, only the mosaic prints of the Colonial Zone of
Santo Domingo, where I try to maintain the romanticism
of the Zone. " (Carlos De Moya)
